Policy for Rescheduling Appointments
If you need to reschedule a session, please notify us via email or phone at least 24 hours in advance. Cancelling with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the forfeiture of your appointment without a refund or rescheduling, as this time slot could have been offered to another client. Additionally, if you arrive more than 30 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate you, and a refund or rescheduling will not be possible.
In cases of genuine emergencies, a 50% cancellation fee may be applied from your payment, with the remaining 50% credited towards a future service.
Refund Policies
Refund policies vary based on the service type and whether it is a standalone session or a package. Please refer to the details below:
• Astrology/Astrocoaching Services: No refunds are available, as a substantial amount of time is devoted to preparing your charts, and you will receive these tangible results in PDF format.
• Standalone Sessions: Cancellations must be made via email or phone with at least 24 hours’ notice to be eligible for a refund.
• Packages: Refunds are not available, and packages are non-transferable due to their customization for individual client needs. Packages provide a considerable discount compared to purchasing sessions separately. Payment can be made in full or through monthly installments. The full amount must be paid if a package purchase is made. All sessions within a package should be used within six months from the purchase date, and rescheduling must occur at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to reschedule in time will result in the loss of that session’s credit, although it can still be purchased at the regular price.
Subscriptions for Reiki and Sound Healing Services:
Subscriptions include 12 sessions and is to be paid monthly over a 12-month period. This subscription provides a session credit each month. Unused credits roll over and can be used within 18 months from purchase. The subscription naturally concludes after 12 months, with no further action required by the client. It is client responsibility to schedule his appointment each month to use his credit. Rescheduling must occur at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to reschedule in time will result in the loss of that session’s credit.
Non-Refundable Policy for Group Events
Tickets and deposits for Private Sound Journeys, Sound Baths, Group Breathwork sessions, and all other group events and workshops are strictly non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are not eligible for refunds. Please note that they have a validity period and must be redeemed within one year of issuance.

Through the use of frequencies, energy, and the power of their conscious and subconscious mind, I aim to empower individuals to create positive transformations. It is important to note that I am not a mental health practitioner, counselor, or physician. Therefore, it is crucial to continue seeking appropriate mental and healthcare services alongside Hypnotherapy, Reiki, or Sound Therapy. These modalities should not replace professional medical, psychiatric, or psychological, attention.
